Hi, I’m Glade, and this is what I do.

I love meeting new people – especially people who are here to help other people. I love listening to their ideas, collaborating on a project, and executing their vision.

 I’ve been at this for over a decade, honing my craft and, to be honest, geeking out over what technology can do in capable hands.

How lighting can make all the difference between a “nice” picture and actually feeling like you’re in the room with a person.

How adding motion (or motion graphics) can keep someone’s attention and keep them from scrolling away.

How a delicate touch in editing (read: no garish touch ups or filters) can bring out someone’s authentic beauty, authority, and inner light…

…and then to see how this art form serves my clients in making an even bigger difference? Wow. I get to be a part of that.

I grew up camping and spending time on the river and to this day, I need that time outside connecting to the earth. I kayak and garden, paddle board and hike around Marin with my beautiful wife and adorable baby girl. You’ll often find me with a guitar in hand.

But when I’m not outside, I’m in the dark cave of my office editing footage I had the honor to film and turning it into something my client can be proud of.
